Many courses will have different sections and strict paths and directions leading to them. Therefore, in addition to following the paths, users should adhere to the directional signs that are positioned on the course. It is best to consult with the specific course that you are playing at in order to find out what the limitations are on the driving of golf carts. It is common that power golf carts are restricted from certain areas and therefore should not be driven into these areas. Limits of this kind include being within 30 feet of the greens. Another common specification is that golf carts should not be driven within 15 feet of tees or sand traps except where the paths are within that range.
